This owner is a thief in my opinion! I ordered a jacket. It was too small and horrible quality. I returned the jacket back to him and confirmed that he received it. He has not refunded my credit card as he promised! Do NOT order from this company! I paid $326.99 for the jacket and over $134.00 to send it back to him. I did the honest thing and returned his merchandise but now he won’t refund my money as he promised. He will not respond to me now. I have reported him and his business to Etsy corporate office!

This rodeo show jacket was exceptional. I received many many compliments. The quality and fit were amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service as well. I needed this jacket quickly for an event and it arrived on time despite me ordering it close to the window where it might not make it in time. We worked together to pay for the shipping required to get it. I expected disappointment but was so happy to get it as promised. Highly recommend this vendor and these jackets. I was very pleased
